Social Benefits Tribunal
Social Benefits Tribunal appeals
When Ontario Works or the Ontario Disability Support Program refuses, reduces or ends assistance, the decision can usually be appealed to the Social Benefits Tribunal — normally after an internal review.
We read the decision and the file, explain where the appeal stands, and prepare the appeal documents with the medical and financial evidence the Tribunal will need.
We then prepare you for the hearing and represent you there, and discuss settlement where the process allows it.
