Merve Ozdemir is a notary public. Affidavits, declarations and certified copies are done by appointment, so we can confirm what your document needs before you arrive.
Requirements differ by document and by the office that will receive it. When you book, tell us what the document is and where it is going, and we will confirm the identification, originals and any witnesses you need to bring.
Please do not sign the document ahead of time. Affidavits and declarations are signed in front of the commissioner.
